How to “Meal Plan” 

From containers to types of diets it can be overwhelming. Don’t worry I’ve got you covered. 😉 

In all honesty I try to keep things super simple because I’m a busy Mom of 7 and I run a business. So when I couldn’t find a planner that worked for me I created one that would. 

Then as a food and fitness coach I found out that it worked for the ladies in my classes. So far they’ve lost between 15″-18″ inches each over the past two months. (My regular fitness ladies.) Not to mention the pounds that are melting away.

The truth is that food works with us because it makes us who we are. Remember that old saying, “You are what you eat.” Well if you’ve never heard it than I’m happy to be the first. 

It’s a lot to type so I made a quick vlog 😁. And by quick I mean the lighting wasn’t the best. Oh well…
