I tell myself (since the last events)- “Is it going to benefit me? Is it going to benefit my family? Will it hurt my family?” I definitely should’ve had this mindset long before.

Also tell myself to push harder, don’t stop. if I do miss a day or start eating wrong, I tell myself better choices tomorrow. I won’t get stuck in slacking.
